The Washingtonville Central School District is conducting a survey to gather community input on the use of the $4.5 million received from the ARP ESSER Fund between March 2020 and September 2024. So far, the district has used $3.4 million of these funds, including encumbrances. This survey is an opportunity for community members to share their thoughts on the fund's utilization. The district emphasizes its commitment to supporting its students and values the community's feedback. The survey is available in both English and Spanish and can be accessed via provided links.

January Making a Difference Awards Recipients Honored

The Making a Difference Awards recognize the many examples of individual teachers, aides, drivers, safety, and other District staff that are making a difference in the lives of our children throughout our buildings.On February 1st, 2024, Superintendent Dr. Larry Washington, Board of Education President Sharon Williams, Vice President Robin White, and Trustee Kristie Johnson delivered the Making a Difference Awards to each of the January recipients.
